Version 2026.08.24 · Effective 2026-08-24

AuraDrive Terms of Service

Effective: August 24, 2026
Last updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Wisheda, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as AuraDrive (“AuraDrive,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the AuraDrive mobile application, websites, software, subscriptions, driving-session tools, Parent Watch, AuraVisor marketplace, communications, exports, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, selecting “I agree,” or using the Services after these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian approving a Minor User, you agree for yourself and, to the extent permitted by law, on behalf of the Minor User.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. The Acceptable Use and Anti-Fraud Policy (Schedule A) and, for AuraVisors, the AuraVisor Marketplace Addendum (Schedule B) are part of these Terms. Electronic records, verification, Parent Watch, and related authorizations are governed by Section 23 (Electronic records and signatures) and the related sections below, together with just-in-time permissions in the app.

1. Important safety notice

Do not interact with a phone or the Services while driving. Set up and start a session only when lawfully parked. If the Services request attention while a vehicle is moving, ignore the request and address it only after the vehicle is lawfully parked. A passenger or supervising adult must not ask the learner to handle a device while driving.

AuraDrive is an administrative and informational tool. It does not operate a vehicle, supervise a learner, prevent unsafe conduct, detect every collision or emergency, contact or dispatch emergency services, or replace a licensed instructor, qualified supervising driver, insurer, government agency, or emergency professional. If anyone is in danger, call 911 or the appropriate emergency number when it is safe to do so.

2. Eligibility and age

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using them by law.

  • The Services are not directed to children under 13. A person under 13 may not create an account or provide personal information to AuraDrive.
  • A user age 13 through 17 (a “Minor User”) may use only age-appropriate features and must have a parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) approve the account before driving sessions, precise location, Parent Watch, AuraVisor booking or chat, or identity-related features are enabled.
  • A Guardian represents that they are legally authorized to act for the Minor User and will supervise the Minor User's use.
  • AuraDrive may verify age, adult status, or Guardian authority and may suspend features if required eligibility cannot be established.
  • When a Minor User turns 18, Guardian access is suspended. The adult user must accept the current Terms and choose whether to create a new sharing relationship.

If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact dev0@auradrive.co.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You may not share credentials, create an account for an unauthorized person, impersonate anyone, or transfer an account. Protect your account and device and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to dev0@auradrive.co.

AuraDrive may use device authentication, email or phone verification, identity-provider results, proximity, motion, location, and other signals to reduce misuse. These controls have limitations. A successful signal does not prove that the named account holder was driving, that a session was lawful, or that a record will be accepted by a third party.

4. Driving-session tools

The Services may record session start and end times, route, precise location, estimated speed, motion and device signals, distance, daylight or weather context, supervisor information, authentication events, edits, and notes (a “Session Record”). Available signals vary by device, settings, permissions, jurisdiction, and subscription.

You and the supervising adult are responsible for:

  • complying with permit, licensing, supervision, passenger, curfew, insurance, device-use, and traffic laws;
  • determining whether a session qualifies toward a government or school requirement;
  • ensuring the device is mounted or stored lawfully and safely;
  • reviewing Session Records and correcting permitted errors without falsification; and
  • submitting any required official form or certification truthfully.

Signals may be inaccurate or incomplete because of sensor limits, reception, battery settings, network loss, device placement, passengers, permissions, or tampering. AuraDrive may label a record “unverified,” “verification interrupted,” “edited,” or “incomplete.” AuraDrive does not guarantee that a DMV, school, insurer, court, or other organization will accept a Session Record or export.

5. Verification and device authentication

Apple Face ID, Touch ID, device passcode, and similar operating-system features authenticate a device owner under the device's configuration. AuraDrive does not receive the underlying Apple biometric template or passcode.

Do not respond to an authentication prompt while driving. If a check cannot be completed safely, the Services may pause verification, mark the Session Record, and permit completion only after the vehicle is lawfully parked.

Third-party identity verification is offered only to eligible adults or other persons the provider permits. AuraDrive does not offer Stripe Identity verification to a Minor User, a person Stripe treats as a minor, or a person under 16. A verification decision is not an endorsement, criminal-background check, or guarantee of identity, character, license, skill, or safety.

6. Parent Watch {#parent-watch}

Parent Watch” is optional sharing between a learner account and an approved adult account. Available scopes may include active-session location, session status, selected alerts, summaries, logbook information, and booking-linked communications.

Parent Watch is not covert monitoring. The Services identify the parties, present the requested scopes, and obtain the approvals described in the Authorization. The learner's app displays an indicator during a monitored session. Parent Watch does not provide continuous background location outside an active session.

A linked user may revoke optional access through the Services, and a Guardian may stop a Minor User's participation. Connectivity or device issues may delay alerts or display stale information. Never rely on Parent Watch as an emergency, dispatch, or real-time safety service.

7. AuraVisor marketplace {#auravisor-marketplace}

AuraVisors” are independent third parties who offer in-person driving instruction, supervision, coaching, or related services (“Provider Services”). AuraDrive does not provide the lesson, employ or control the AuraVisor, own or inspect the vehicle, or determine the instructional method.

An AuraVisor badge means only that AuraDrive completed the specific check described on the profile as of the displayed date. It does not guarantee current licensure, identity, insurance, vehicle condition, background, competence, conduct, or safety. Users and Guardians must assess the provider and circumstances independently.

Provider Services form a separate agreement between the user or Guardian and the AuraVisor. Lesson fees are paid directly to the AuraVisor. AuraDrive does not receive, hold, disburse, or refund lesson fees. The AuraVisor's disclosed cancellation, refund, rescheduling, insurance, and dispute terms apply, subject to law.

AuraDrive may enforce marketplace rules, remove listings, facilitate communications, and investigate reports without becoming the provider of a lesson. Report misconduct through the in-app tool and, where appropriate, to law enforcement or the relevant licensing agency.

8. Subscriptions, purchases, and renewals

The purchase screen displays the current price, billing period, included features, trial terms, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation method before purchase. Those disclosures are part of these Terms.

Digital subscriptions and app-feature unlocks purchased in the iOS app are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple controls App Store billing credentials, refunds, and subscription management. You may manage or cancel through Apple Account Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period except as Apple or law permits.

For web subscriptions, you authorize the recurring charge displayed at checkout until cancellation. AuraDrive provides an online cancellation method and required renewal notices. Cancellation stops future renewal, with access continuing through the paid period unless the offer or law provides otherwise.

Payments for real-world lessons may use Apple Pay, a payment card, or another displayed method and are paid directly to the AuraVisor.

You may not use stolen payment methods, manipulate trials, evade purchase restrictions, resell codes without authorization, or fraudulently dispute a valid purchase. AuraDrive may change future prices after required notice and will obtain any consent required for a new or increased recurring charge.

9. Digital codes and promotions

Promotional codes, gifts, trials, and referral credits may have stated eligibility, territory, expiration, and redemption rules. They have no cash value unless law requires otherwise and may be canceled if obtained or used through fraud. Digital iOS functionality is unlocked only through App Store-compliant mechanisms.

10. User content and communications

You may submit profiles, notes, Session Record corrections, messages, reviews, reports, photos, and other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of User Content. You grant AuraDrive a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, transmit, display, and process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and carry out the Privacy Policy. The license ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, prior authorized sharing, legal holds, and required records.

You represent that you have the rights required to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. Do not send government-ID images, full payment-card numbers, health records, or unrelated precise-location details through marketplace chat.

AuraDrive may use automated tools and human review to filter, moderate, restrict, preserve, or remove content. No moderation system detects every problem. Use in-app report and block controls.

11. Optional AI features {#ai-features}

If you enable an AI narrative feature, AuraDrive sends the fields disclosed in the permission screen to Google Cloud/Vertex AI to generate an editable draft. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated. Review it before relying on, sharing, or submitting it. AI output is not an official record, legal advice, driving instruction, or safety determination. You may decline this feature and continue using the core non-AI functions.

12. AuraDrive license

Subject to these Terms, AuraDrive grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended lawful purpose. AuraDrive and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, designs, trademarks, and content other than User Content. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the Services except where a restriction is prohibited by law.

Feedback is voluntary. If you submit suggestions, you grant AuraDrive a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use them without obligation or compensation.

13. Acceptable use

You must comply with Schedule A — Acceptable Use and Anti-Fraud Policy. You may not falsify a Session Record; spoof location, speed, motion, proximity, identity, supervisor, or authentication data; groom, harass, exploit, or solicit a minor; evade safety controls; scrape data; distribute malware; access another account; or use the Services for unlawful surveillance.

AuraDrive may investigate suspected abuse, preserve records, restrict exports or verification labels, suspend accounts, cancel listings, and report conduct where permitted or required. Detection is not guaranteed, and a “verified” label is not proof that no abuse occurred.

14. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how AuraDrive collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information, including precise location, driving signals, Parent Watch, and identity verification. Device-level permission does not replace a separate in-app authorization where required, and withdrawing a permission may cause an affected feature to stop working.

15. Third-party services

The Services interoperate with Apple, payment processors, identity providers, mapping and communications services, cloud hosting, AI processors, AuraVisors, and government websites. Their terms and privacy notices may apply directly. AuraDrive does not control their independent acts, availability, content, or terms except to the extent law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

AuraDrive may modify or discontinue a feature. If a change materially reduces a paid feature during a paid term, AuraDrive provides any remedy required by law. AuraDrive may update these Terms by posting the new version and updating the date. Material changes receive advance notice and renewed assent where required. Continued use is not treated as consent to a new sensitive-data purpose where express consent is required.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through in-app settings or dev0@auradrive.co. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

AuraDrive may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms or law, a safety or security risk, failure of eligibility or credential requirements, nonpayment, or risk of harm. AuraDrive provides notice and an appeal opportunity when practical but may act immediately for urgent safety, fraud, security, or legal reasons.

Provisions concerning ownership, accrued payments, records, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and general terms survive termination.

18. No warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AURADRIVE DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS.

AuraDrive does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, tamper-proof, safe, or accepted by a DMV, school, insurer, court, or other third party; that signals will identify the driver; that an AuraVisor is suitable; or that alerts, monitoring, communications, or emergency prompts will arrive on time. These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURADRIVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE CONDUCT OF AN AURAVISOR OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AURADRIVE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for AuraDrive's fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of certain statutory rights. They do not alter rights against an AuraVisor for the AuraVisor's conduct.

20. Indemnity

If you are an adult user, Guardian, or AuraVisor, to the extent permitted by law you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuraDrive and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach, infringement of rights, falsification of records, or Provider Services. This obligation does not apply to the extent caused by AuraDrive's negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law and does not apply directly to a Minor User.

21. Informal dispute resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you and AuraDrive agree to send written notice describing the dispute, requested relief, and contact information. Send notice to dev0@auradrive.co. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days. This does not prevent urgent injunctive relief, use of small claims court, a report to a regulator, or action before a limitations period expires.

22. Governing law and courts

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that federal law governs federal questions. The state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

This choice does not deprive a consumer of a nonwaivable protection or forum available under the law of the consumer's state of residence. A qualifying claim may be brought in any small claims court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing limits a person's right to file a complaint with a government agency.

23. Electronic records and signatures {#electronic-records}

By separately selecting “I agree to electronic records and signatures,” you consent to use electronic records and signatures for:

  • Terms, policies, authorizations, and changes;
  • purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund disclosures;
  • Parent Watch invitations, approvals, scope changes, and revocations;
  • Session Records, corrections, certifications, and exports;
  • identity, credential, incident, moderation, and account notices; and
  • other legally required communications.

Your electronic action, including selecting a checkbox or button associated with your account, is intended as your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.

To receive and retain electronic records, you need a supported internet-connected device, a current AuraDrive app or modern web browser, an active email address, software capable of displaying HTML and PDF files, and enough storage or access to printing to retain a copy. You may download or print documents when presented and may request a paper copy by contacting AuraDrive. AuraDrive charges only a reasonable, disclosed copying or postage fee where permitted by law.

Keep your email and device contact information current. You may withdraw electronic-records consent by emailing dev0@auradrive.co with “Electronic Records Withdrawal” in the subject. Withdrawal is effective after a reasonable processing period and does not affect prior records or signatures. Because AuraDrive is an online service, withdrawal may require closure of features that cannot reasonably operate on paper.

AuraDrive may send operational notices to your account email, phone, device, or in-app inbox. Marketing messages require separate permission and can be stopped without ending operational messages.

Accuracy certifications

When you sign a Session Record, correction, export, Parent Watch link, or Guardian approval, you certify that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, you are using your own authorized account, and you are not falsifying or concealing a material fact. Technical signals may be incomplete, and you must review the record before submitting it.

Acknowledgment of limits

Technology cannot eliminate fraud or prove all facts about a driving session. Device authentication does not necessarily identify the driver. Sensors and networks may fail or be inaccurate. AuraDrive does not guarantee safety, legal compliance, licensure, insurance, or acceptance of a record. Parent Watch and alerts are informational and are not emergency services. You remain responsible for lawful, attentive driving and truthful certification.

24. Apple-required terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple, these Terms are between you and AuraDrive, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the app, if any. AuraDrive, not Apple, is responsible for product claims, legal compliance, and intellectual-property claims concerning the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce this Section.

25. General terms

These Terms and incorporated documents are the entire agreement concerning the Services, except for a separate agreement signed by an authorized AuraDrive representative. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; AuraDrive may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable privacy and notice duties. “Including” means “including without limitation.”

Schedule A — Acceptable Use and Anti-Fraud Policy {#acceptable-use}

Effective: August 24, 2026
Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Schedule A (“Policy”) applies to every use of the AuraDrive Services. Capitalized terms have the meanings in these Terms. This Schedule is part of the Terms.

AuraDrive uses technical and human controls designed to identify some abuse. No control detects every fraud, identity misuse, dangerous act, or policy violation, and a verification label is not a guarantee.

1. Core rule

Use AuraDrive lawfully, truthfully, safely, and only for its intended driving-record, supervision, marketplace, communication, and account purposes. Do not harm, exploit, deceive, intimidate, surveil, or endanger another person.

2. Driving-record and verification abuse

You may not:

  • create, certify, buy, sell, or submit a false driving session, hour, route, distance, supervisor, permit, license, identity, credential, incident, or completion record;
  • run a session when the identified learner or required supervisor is absent;
  • lend, rent, transfer, or share an account, verified device, credential, or authentication method;
  • use GPS spoofing, emulators, automation, replay, edited sensor feeds, mock-location tools, motion simulation, device farms, rooted or jailbroken bypasses, or other means to falsify a signal;
  • place an authenticated phone in another person's vehicle or have a passenger answer as the driver;
  • disable, jam, manipulate, or misrepresent proximity, location, motion, time, network, or device-authentication functions;
  • falsify an offline queue, change a device clock, replay a session, duplicate an export, or suppress an interruption or edit history;
  • pressure a Minor User, Guardian, supervisor, or AuraVisor to approve a false record;
  • alter an export or screenshot to make it appear official, unedited, verified, or government-accepted; or
  • claim that AuraDrive proves identity, prevents all fraud, guarantees safety, or certifies compliance.

Use the correction workflow for legitimate errors. Do not create a replacement record to conceal an error.

3. Safe and lawful device use

Do not use or encourage use of the Services in violation of traffic, distracted-driving, permit, passenger, supervision, curfew, or insurance law. A driver must not hold, view, type on, or answer prompts on a phone while the vehicle is moving. Complete setup and review only when lawfully parked.

Do not place a device where it obstructs vision, controls, airbags, or safe operation. Do not rely on AuraDrive for collision avoidance, emergency detection, dispatch, navigation suitable for all vehicles, or real-time supervision.

4. Minors and child safety

You may not:

  • create an account for a child under 13 or misrepresent a user's age;
  • falsely claim to be a parent or legal guardian;
  • groom, sexualize, exploit, traffic, threaten, stalk, harass, humiliate, or coerce a Minor User;
  • request secrecy, intimate material, unnecessary personal information, or an off-platform meeting unrelated to a booked service;
  • move a conversation with a Minor User to an unapproved private channel to avoid Guardian or platform safeguards;
  • request a Minor User's government ID, full financial information, password, authentication code, unrelated home or school information, or continuous location through chat;
  • photograph, record, livestream, or post a Minor User without every required permission; or
  • retaliate against a person who declines contact, revokes Parent Watch, blocks an account, reports conduct, or seeks help.

Do not use Parent Watch for covert surveillance, abusive control, public exposure, discrimination, employment monitoring, insurance decisions, or an unrelated purpose. A Linked Adult may access only the expressly granted scopes.

5. Marketplace integrity

An AuraVisor or applicant may not:

  • offer services without every required active license, authorization, insurance, bond, vehicle approval, and legal eligibility;
  • upload a forged, altered, borrowed, expired, or misleading identity, license, insurance, inspection, training, tax, or background document;
  • conceal a suspension, restriction, unsafe vehicle, disqualifying event, or lapse in coverage;
  • substitute an unapproved person or vehicle;
  • misstate experience, qualifications, availability, accessibility, checks, ratings, price, fees, refund terms, or affiliation;
  • claim to be an AuraDrive employee, agent, certified provider, or government-approved instructor;
  • provide a lesson while impaired, dangerously fatigued, medically unable, or distracted;
  • instruct a learner to violate law or answer a device while driving;
  • manipulate bookings, cancellations, completion, refunds, disputes, tips, rankings, or reviews;
  • demand undisclosed payment or steer a Minor User to an off-platform transaction; or
  • certify hours or instruction not lawfully provided or supervised.

Customers and Guardians may not knowingly book an ineligible provider, evade a state restriction, or request falsification of a session, credential, price, receipt, or form.

6. Payments, subscriptions, promotions, and codes

You may not:

  • use a stolen, unauthorized, synthetic, or manipulated payment method or identity;
  • commit refund, chargeback, tax, receipt, or promotional abuse;
  • create multiple accounts to repeat a one-person trial or promotion;
  • generate, guess, duplicate, scrape, resell, or redeem a code without authorization;
  • use external digital keys to evade app-store payment rules;
  • launder funds, structure transactions, or use the Services for an illegal or sanctioned transaction;
  • misrepresent lesson completion or cancellation to alter payment; or
  • solicit credentials, security codes, full card numbers, or payment outside the approved flow.

A good-faith billing dispute or exercise of a legal refund right is not prohibited.

7. Communications and content

Do not submit content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit in a teen-facing context, exploitative, or invasive of privacy;
  • contains malware, phishing, credential theft, scams, spam, or deceptive links;
  • exposes government identifiers, payment credentials, authentication secrets, or another person's precise location without authorization;
  • impersonates a person, company, school, government body, law-enforcement officer, or AuraDrive representative;
  • facilitates violence, self-harm, trafficking, exploitation, or illegal drug activity;
  • disrupts a booking, investigation, safety report, or legal process; or
  • is a fabricated, coordinated, undisclosed incentivized, retaliatory, or self-authored review.

Keep AuraVisor chat related to the booking and legitimate safety or support needs. Use report and block controls. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the local authority; AuraDrive does not dispatch emergency services.

8. Systems and security

Without prior written authorization for a defined security test, you may not:

  • probe, scan, exploit, or disrupt the Services or another user's account or device;
  • bypass access controls, rate limits, safety gates, age gates, payment controls, moderation, or verification;
  • reverse engineer or extract source code except where law expressly permits;
  • scrape, crawl, bulk download, index, train a model on, or compile a database from the Services;
  • use bots, scripts, automation, or multiple accounts to simulate users or distort metrics;
  • upload malicious code or cause unreasonable load;
  • intercept traffic, tokens, messages, location, or credentials;
  • access data outside the permissions displayed for your role; or
  • publish a vulnerability before AuraDrive has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.

Good-faith security research is permitted only under a published vulnerability-disclosure policy or written authorization defining scope, safe harbor, data handling, and reporting.

9. Privacy and data misuse

Do not collect, use, copy, screenshot, infer, disclose, sell, or retain another user's information beyond the authorized feature and purpose. You may not:

  • build or sell a location, driving-behavior, Minor User, identity, or marketplace profile;
  • disclose driving or location data to an insurer, data broker, advertiser, employer, or public forum;
  • reidentify deidentified information;
  • upload AuraDrive user data to an external AI or analytics service without authorization and required user permission;
  • use a shared export for a new purpose the user did not request;
  • retain local copies after the legitimate purpose ends; or
  • misuse privacy, reporting, or deletion tools to obtain another person's information or obstruct a lawful investigation.

10. Government and official-status misrepresentation

AuraDrive is not a DMV or government agency. You may not:

  • label an AuraDrive document an official DMV form or government certification;
  • use a government seal, logo, form number, or confusingly similar design without authority;
  • guarantee that a school, DMV, insurer, court, or other organization will accept an export;
  • state that a record was transmitted to or accepted by an agency when it was not; or
  • impersonate an inspector, regulator, officer, driving examiner, or government employee.

11. Detection and investigation

AuraDrive may use device, account, payment, credential, location, motion, proximity, authentication, communication, and audit signals to detect possible violations, consistent with the Privacy Policy. AuraDrive may ask for an explanation or documentation, label or restrict a record, preserve information, prevent an export, cancel a code or listing, limit communication, or suspend access.

An anomaly does not necessarily establish misconduct. Where appropriate and safe, AuraDrive considers context and provides an opportunity to respond. Do not evade an investigation, destroy requested records, fabricate evidence, retaliate, or coordinate false explanations.

12. Enforcement

AuraDrive may:

  • warn or educate a user;
  • require correction, reverification, updated credentials, or safety training;
  • remove content, badges, record status, offers, reviews, or listings;
  • limit sharing, messaging, purchases, redemptions, exports, bookings, or access;
  • cancel a fraudulent transaction or promotion, subject to payment-channel rules;
  • suspend, terminate, or permanently ban an account;
  • preserve information under a safety, fraud, dispute, or legal hold;
  • notify an affected user, payment provider, app store, licensing body, insurer, or authority where permitted or required; and
  • pursue civil or criminal remedies.

AuraDrive may act immediately without advance notice to protect a person, evidence, account, system, or legal obligation. Enforcement is not a promise to monitor every user or prevent every violation.

13. Appeals

An appealable action notice identifies the reason category and appeal method where appropriate. Send appeals to dev0@auradrive.co with “Account Appeal” in the subject, the account identifier, and relevant facts. Do not include unnecessary identity images, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.

AuraDrive may deny repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or untimely appeals and may maintain an urgent safety restriction during review. Nothing limits a nonwaivable right to contact a regulator, law enforcement, app store, payment provider, or court.

14. Reporting

Report suspected fraud, child-safety concerns, unauthorized access, marketplace misconduct, or privacy misuse through the in-app reporting tool or dev0@auradrive.co. Include only relevant information.

For immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number. AuraDrive is not an emergency-response or dispatch service.

Schedule B — AuraVisor Marketplace Addendum {#auravisor}

Effective: August 24, 2026
Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Schedule B (“Addendum”) is between Wisheda, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as AuraDrive (“AuraDrive,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or business applying to list or provide services as an “AuraVisor” (“you”). It supplements these Terms and the Privacy Policy. This Addendum controls an AuraVisor-specific conflict. AuraVisors must accept this Schedule when onboarding.

1. Marketplace role

AuraDrive provides technology that helps eligible customers and AuraVisors discover one another, communicate, arrange real-world driving instruction or supervision, document sessions, and submit reviews (“Provider Services”). AuraDrive is not the provider of a lesson, driving school, employer, joint employer, agent, insurer, vehicle owner, or emergency service.

You independently decide whether to accept a request and are responsible for the lawful, professional performance of Provider Services. You have no authority to bind AuraDrive, make promises for AuraDrive, issue official AuraDrive or DMV certifications, or represent that AuraDrive employs, endorses, or guarantees you.

The parties intend an independent-business relationship, but that label does not override applicable law or actual operations. Nothing waives a status or right that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Eligibility and onboarding

You must:

  • be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement;
  • provide your true legal identity, business name, contact information, service area, and tax information;
  • hold every active license, certification, authorization, business registration, driving-school approval, and permit required for each service and location;
  • maintain required insurance, bond, vehicle, inspection, equipment, and records;
  • complete lawful identity, credential, and screening processes; and
  • provide Provider Services only in states and localities activated for your account.

Marketplace access is discretionary and may be limited or suspended for eligibility, safety, capacity, product scope, or legal risk, subject to applicable law.

3. Licenses, credentials, and continuing duties

All submitted information and documents must be authentic, current, complete, and yours to provide. Update them before expiration and notify AuraDrive within 24 hours after a material change, including:

  • suspension, restriction, expiration, surrender, or investigation of a driver's or instructor's license;
  • an arrest, charge, conviction, restraining order, or government action relevant to safety, driving, fraud, violence, sexual misconduct, controlled substances, theft, or services to minors, to the extent disclosure is lawful;
  • lapse, cancellation, exclusion, or material change in insurance or bond;
  • collision, citation, vehicle defect, failed inspection, or inability to use the listed vehicle lawfully;
  • complaint or finding by a school, licensing body, platform, child-safety organization, or insurer; or
  • loss of authority to work or operate a business where Provider Services occur.

AuraDrive may recheck public or provider-supplied information where permitted. A badge is a limited snapshot of the check described, not a continuous guarantee. You may not display an expired badge or describe yourself as “AuraDrive certified,” “AuraDrive approved,” “fraud-proof,” or “guaranteed safe.”

4. Background and consumer-report screening

A background or motor-vehicle report obtained through a consumer-reporting agency is handled through a separate legally required disclosure and authorization. Where required, AuraDrive provides pre-adverse-action information, a copy of the report and rights summary, a reasonable opportunity to dispute, and final adverse-action notice. This Addendum is not the screening authorization.

AuraDrive may verify credentials directly with issuers, regulators, insurers, and service providers as described in the applicable notice. Do not provide sealed, expunged, or otherwise protected information where law prohibits requesting it.

5. Professional standard

You must perform Provider Services personally unless the customer, Guardian, AuraDrive, and law permit an identified substitute who independently satisfies every requirement. You must:

  • use reasonable care and professional judgment appropriate to the learner, permit level, road, vehicle, and conditions;
  • comply with driver-training, supervision, traffic, passenger, curfew, accessibility, nondiscrimination, mandated-reporting, child-safety, privacy, and device-use laws;
  • confirm the learner has required permits, Guardian approval, and documentation;
  • conduct a reasonable pre-lesson vehicle and safety check;
  • explain lesson goals, boundaries, and emergency procedures before movement;
  • prevent device interaction by the learner while driving;
  • make truthful, timely records and corrections; and
  • stop or decline a lesson when conditions, equipment, eligibility, behavior, impairment, or competence create unreasonable risk.

AuraDrive tools do not replace observation, dual controls where required, instructional judgment, or a state-approved curriculum.

6. Services involving Minor Users

When serving or communicating with a Minor User, you must:

  • communicate only for a legitimate booking, lesson, safety, or service purpose through approved channels;
  • comply with displayed Guardian participation, visibility, pickup, drop-off, and consent requirements;
  • never request secrecy from a Guardian or learner;
  • never engage in sexual, romantic, exploitative, grooming, threatening, humiliating, discriminatory, or retaliatory behavior;
  • avoid requesting unnecessary personal, health, school, home, financial, identity, or continuous-location information;
  • never photograph, record, or post a Minor User without all required permissions;
  • never transport a Minor User outside the booked purpose except for a genuine safety need communicated promptly; and
  • report suspected abuse, exploitation, trafficking, credible self-harm, or imminent danger to the appropriate authority when law requires and use AuraDrive's incident channel when safe and lawful.

An in-app Guardian indicator does not itself establish legal authority. Follow AuraDrive's approved-account status and report inconsistencies.

7. Vehicles, insurance, and equipment

Before each Provider Service, ensure the vehicle is lawfully registered, inspected, maintained, and suitable. Maintain all insurance required for paid driving instruction or supervision, not merely a personal policy that excludes commercial or instructional use. Maintain any required dual controls, signs, mirrors, inspections, permits, and other equipment.

AuraDrive does not provide, inspect, maintain, insure, or warrant a vehicle. You are responsible for deductibles, exclusions, claims reporting, and vehicle-related loss, subject to law.

8. Listings, pricing, and bookings

Your listing must accurately state provider identity, service area, credentials, vehicle type, accessibility information, experience, availability, total customer price, cancellation and refund terms, and material limitations.

  • You set your lesson price within lawful display parameters.
  • The customer or Guardian pays you directly through the displayed method.
  • You are the provider and merchant of record for the lesson.
  • You are responsible for receipts, refunds, payment disputes, taxes, and payment-law obligations.
  • AuraDrive does not guarantee bookings, customers, revenue, payment, tips, ratings, or business results.

You may not add an undisclosed fee, demand an unconfirmed payment method, manipulate cancellation terms, charge for a lesson not provided, or steer a Minor User to an unapproved private communication or payment channel.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund policy must be clear before booking, lawful, and consistently applied. A disclosed cancellation fee may be charged only when lawful and not caused by your unavailability, eligibility problem, unsafe vehicle, or material listing error. Provide a full refund for a lesson you cancel or cannot lawfully perform unless the customer voluntarily accepts a replacement.

Safety reports and payment disputes may cause AuraDrive to restrict bookings or preserve records without assuming responsibility for the underlying payment.

10. Taxes and business obligations

You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes, fees, permits, registrations, and other obligations arising from Provider Services. AuraDrive may collect taxpayer information and issue or file information returns where required. You are responsible for equipment, expenses, workers, benefits, and business records.

11. Session records and government submissions

Create and sign only accurate records. Do not claim that an AuraDrive record is an official DMV form, automatically compliant, or guaranteed accepted. You are responsible for whether you may certify hours, what curriculum or form applies, and what records must be maintained.

Do not alter location, time, speed, supervisor, authentication, or credential data; instruct another person to bypass a signal; or certify a session you did not provide or lawfully supervise. Use the correction workflow so the original entry and audit history remain visible.

12. Communications, privacy, and confidentiality

Use AuraDrive information only to provide Provider Services, comply with law, and protect safety. Do not sell it, use it for advertising, upload it to another AI system, build an independent profile, contact a Minor User for unrelated purposes, or disclose it to an insurer, data broker, employer, or public audience.

Protect credentials and user information, restrict access, and delete local copies when no longer needed, subject to lawful records duties. Do not download or screenshot chat, location, identity, or session information except for a documented service, safety, or legal purpose. Report suspected unauthorized access to dev0@auradrive.co immediately.

You are responsible for any privacy notice and permission required for information you independently collect outside AuraDrive.

13. Reviews and content

You may respond professionally to reviews but may not retaliate, disclose private information, pressure a user to change an honest review, offer an undisclosed incentive for a positive review, review your own service, or coordinate fake reviews.

Profile content must be yours or properly licensed, accurate, and appropriate for a teen-facing marketplace. The User Content license in the Terms applies.

14. Incidents, complaints, and cooperation

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate authority when safe. AuraDrive does not dispatch help.

Report a collision, injury, vehicle failure affecting a booking, missing learner, credible threat, suspected abuse, sexual misconduct, serious harassment, identity fraud, or law-enforcement contact relating to Provider Services as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 24 hours, unless doing so would violate law or endanger someone. Preserve relevant records.

Cooperate reasonably with safety investigations, insurers, regulators, and valid legal process. Do not contact or retaliate against a reporting person outside appropriate resolution channels.

15. Nondiscrimination and accessibility

Comply with applicable civil-rights, public-accommodation, and accessibility laws. Do not refuse, alter, harass, or price a service based on a protected characteristic. You may decline or modify a lesson for a documented, legitimate safety or legal reason applied consistently. Accurately state accessibility features.

16. Platform enforcement

AuraDrive may request documents, limit visibility or bookings, remove content or badges, preserve records, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for eligibility, safety, fraud, legal compliance, or policy enforcement. Urgent action may occur before notice. Where appropriate, AuraDrive explains the action and provides an appeal channel.

Send appeals to dev0@auradrive.co. AuraDrive may maintain a permanent ban for serious safety, exploitation, identity-fraud, or legal risk.

17. No exclusivity; conflicts

This Addendum is nonexclusive. You may provide services elsewhere, and AuraDrive does not guarantee opportunities. You may not use AuraDrive confidential information, user lists, or Minor User access to solicit unrelated business or evade a safety restriction.

18. Representations and indemnity

You represent continuously that you satisfy this Addendum, your profile is accurate, and Provider Services are lawful and insured. The adult-user indemnity in the Terms applies to claims arising from your Provider Services, vehicle, personnel, tax or employment obligations, content, misconduct, or breach, except to the extent caused by AuraDrive's negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or releases you from responsibility for your instruction, vehicle, professional judgment, or conduct.

19. Term and termination

This Addendum begins when accepted and continues until terminated. You may stop offering new Provider Services but must complete or lawfully cancel accepted obligations. AuraDrive may terminate as described in the Terms or Section 16. Provisions concerning completed services, records, payments, taxes, confidentiality, investigations, ownership, indemnity, liability, and disputes survive as appropriate.
